Noble Privilege Club is a first of its kind customer service platform being usedin laboratory diagnostics.
It is our endeavour to provide personalised services to our patients.
As a Member, you get a Membership number and your mobile number is saved in our systems as your PID (Permanent Identification Number), which stores all your personal information in our records. It stores information regarding your billing such as your billing category, previous due or refunds and discounts if any. So, no need to remind the front office staff that you are special. As you show your card, all Value Added Services you are entitled for, would be made available to you.
Additionally all your test results of investigations performed at our centre in the past year are saved against your PID, which might be useful in arriving at a diagnosis.
